Mt of Precipice
This is where Jesus was rejected by His fellow Nazarenes after He had preached in the synagogue. (Luke 4:29) "they led him to the brow of the hill on which the town was built, in order to throw him down the cliff."
Custom was they would find a cliff about 2-3 meters in height, throw the damned guy down, and then start stoning him to death. And this place does look like a potential cliff i guess!
